U.K.M.P.A. Members Insurances : 2008 Renewal

The policies are due for Renewal on the 01^st January 2008, and it has been agreed that we will deal with Members this year.

To the right is the Application Form for the three insurances currently available, along with a Summary of the Policy Cover for each of them.

The DAS Policy is for all Members, as is the Royal & Sun Alliance, but you do need to select which cover you require, either £250,000 or £500,000.

The Personal Accident Policy is optional.  If you wish to take this insurance, please select your cover.  The Capital Sum figure is recommended to all Pilots, but the Weekly Payments are really only for self-employed Pilots who would not be paid if they were off work.

All you need to do is:

• Complete the Form via email, fax or post and return to me.  If paying by cheque, please send under sepearate cover to Mr Drew Smith, Circle Insurance Services plc, 71 Berkerley Street, Glasgow.  G3 7DX.  Alternatively, please call Mr Drew Smith on 0141 249 9914 to provide payment details of your credit card.
